FEE STRUCTURE

At Pearl Academy Sr. Secondary School, we are committed to providing an excellent education while maintaining transparency in our fee structure. Below, you will find a breakdown of the annual tuition fees and additional costs for the 2025-2026 academic year. Our goal is to ensure that all families have the information they need to plan ahead.

(A) CLASS XI (SCIENCE):

    Total Tuition Fees (per term) – R 36,800.00 (Rupees Thirty-Six Thousand Eight Hundred Only)

(B) CLASS XI (ARTS):

    Total Tuition Fees (per term) – R 22,000.00 (Rupees Thirty-Six Thousand Eight Hundred Only 

ADDITIONAL FEES

Generator surcharge: R 200.00 (One-time, non-refundable fee due at the time of application)

NOTE: These fees cover the core academic curriculum, classroom materials, and general school activities

PAYMENT INSTALLMENT OPTIONS:

Annual Payment:

Pay the full tuition fee in a single payment before the start of the academic year.

Due Date: At the time of Admission   (A Discount of 5% on the admission fees is offered for full upfront payment)

Quarterly Installments: FOR SCIENCE STREAM

Pay in four equal installments throughout the academic year.

Due Dates:

1st   Quarter: Rs 9200.00 [At the time of Admission]

2nd Quarter: Rs 9200.00 [On or before 30.06.2025]

3rd  Quarter: Rs 9200.00 [On or before 30.08.2025]

4th  Quarter: Rs 9200.00 [On or before 31.10.2025]

Quarterly Installments: FOR ARTS STREAM

Pay in four equal installments throughout the academic year.

Due Dates:

1st  Quarter: Rs 5,500.00 [At the time of Admission]

2nd Quarter: Rs 5,500.00 [On or before 30.06.2025]

3rd  Quarter: Rs 5,500.00 [On or before 30.08.2025]

4th  Quarter: Rs 5,500.00 [On or before 31.10.2025]

Payment Terms

The school accepts payment via Cash, UPI, bank transfer, and debit/ credit card. Please contact the school office for details.

Late Payment Policy

A late fee of 10% on the amount will be applied for any outstanding payments after the due date. We encourage all families to ensure timely payment to avoid disruptions in student school activities.

Refund Policy

Tuition Fees are refundable only under certain circumstances. If a student withdraws 15 days before the commencement of classes, a 25% refund will be provided. No refunds will be made after the commencement of classes.

Financial Assistance
